Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has embarked on a fast track,with the total economic growth and economic growth to catch up with the world level,industrial restructuring is still stalled,the formation of the so-called "China paradox".With the rapid development of economy,because of scarce resources such as land and labor constraints intensified,the traditional mode of economic development and the comparative advantage of the bottleneck,especially the rapid rise in house prices,land supply,the supply of labor shortage,the cost continues to increase,the adjustment of economic structure is imminent,so the study of land supply,housing prices affect the upgrading of industrial structure has important the significance of China's economic development.In this paper,price,land supply and urban industrial structure into a unified analytical framework.First of all,based on the domestic and foreign literature on housing and land supply mechanism and channels for industrial restructuring and upgrading of were combing;then,based on the existing research,creatively combines with the market mechanism as the representative of the housing price and government intervention as the representative of the land supply in the combined analysis between the two the interaction effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure,and in theory,this paper,in the East and West in three different regions of housing prices,land supply as well as the two interaction for heterogeneity affects the upgrading of industrial structure based on.Finally,combined with China's urban development path,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations.This system uses GMM for data processing of 2005-2014 in our country Chinese 285 prefecture level city data,draw the following three conclusions:(1)the price rise has a significant promoting effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure,there is heterogeneity in different regions,the eastern region was significantly higher than that of central,west of the effect is not significant.(2)the increase of land supply has a significant inhibitory effect on the upgrading of industrial structure,the eastern region is higher than the central region,and the effect is not significant.(3)lies in the interaction of land supply,housing prices to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure effect has weakened,the eastern region of the weakening effect is greater than the central region,the western region and the weakening effect is not obvious.This paper studies the current rapid urbanization China how under the guidance of the government give full play to the role of market mechanism,promote the economic adjustment of industrial structure,which has important guiding significance to achieve long-term stable economic growth.
