Accompanied by the development of the times, since1998Land reform, the growth rate of housing prices in excess of national income growth rate obviously, causing " Having their own home " become people who born in the eighties’s dream, especially without their parents’ subsidies. Buy property become the burden for almost of young, so more and more young people have to face the reality, they have to give up their dreams. Even pay their whole family life-long savings, might be only enough to pay down payment or barely single payment, For most people, the value of their life is measured by the value of a commodity house, they must bear heavy pressure coming from the bank loans once they get into society. This is the real estate industry requirement. On the other hand, as the supply side of the real estate industry, we see they pay lots of money competing for land, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises with much funds goes into real estate market, folk investment is also with huge number of money goes into this industry. In China, a traditional thought making everyone wants their own home, own their own house. On the other hand, everyone has no idea when they face such of the high level of housing price, because of the high housing price and can’t afford it, social conflict becoming the most important task for government. However, when the government solve this kind of problem, they always "speak" with do nothing. Every time the new policy could only decrease the increasing housing price temporarily. These things made us have to doubts whether the national’s macro policy direction is correct or not, Are there anything else still effect the high housing prices?...
