With the increasing coverage of carbon trading in Chinese enterprises,the top-down policy measures to control carbon emissions will directly affect the operating costs of enterprises.This is the inevitable trend of enterprise products sharing the public cost.Therefore,the enterprises should strengthen the low carbon management consciousness in advance,the layout of low carbon management methods,and solidify the management model of the carbon emission of enterprises.Form is not only a manifestation of corporate social responsibility,but also a need for cost management of enterprises.Through the data collection and preliminary research on the organization boundary,emission sources,greenhouse gas emission sources,activity data,emission factors and measurement methods,this paper will lay a foundation for further research on the methodology of greenhouse gas accounting in the catering industry.In the course of the study,this paper introduces the theory of low carbon catering enterprise structure,the trend and characteristics of low carbon catering economy,and the basic theory of management.Through detailed analysis and discussion of the above theories,the paper finally introduces how to apply these theories to low-carbon catering economy.Based on the analysis of the current situation of catering enterprises in Jianghan District,this paper focuses on the emphasis on reducing the emission of pollutants as the core,in order to reduce the energy consumption of material consumption as the focus,in order to improve the efficiency of low carbon food and beverage,to strengthen the recycling economy as the support,based on the sustainable development,to adopt advanced energy conservation and environmental protection facilities and to strengthen lean.Production and meticulous management,firmly adhere to the environmental protection standard red line and energy consumption reaching the bottom line,strictly control costs,and promote the quality and efficiency of safeguards.In order to understand the development status of low carbonization management model in catering enterprises and analyze the related factors that affect the low carbonization of catering enterprises,this article starts from many aspects,mainly studies in Jianghan District and surrounding areas,classifies and summarizes the factors affecting the low carbonization management of catering enterprises,and presents the low carbon management evaluation of catering enterprises.The structure of price and the problems that exist.On this basis,the relevant data and data are collected,and the factors affecting the low carbon management of the catering enterprises are analyzed and analyzed,and the related factors of the low carbon development and management of the catering enterprises are obtained.Finally,through the systematic analysis of this paper,the suggestions for the development of low carbon development management model in catering enterprises are proposed: providing low carbon products and low-carbon services,setting up a low carbon restaurant evaluation system,setting up a low carbon concept,guiding low carbon consumption,supporting low carbon technology,creating a good low-carbon management environment,and implementing low carbon catering.Marketing,guiding the concept of low carbon consumption.
