The O2 O model has developed rapidly in many industries with the development of the Internet economy.Takeaway food is an important manifestation of the development of "Internet +" in the catering industry.Consumers especially for young can order takeaway foods online that making them be able to enjoy the food without leaving home.Takeaway food caters to the needs of the majority of consumers and conforms to the trend of economic development.In recent years,the takeaway market has developed rapidly at a rate of about200%.However,the healthy development of the takeaway O2 O industry is still facing great challenges in recent years.The platform entry barrier is too low to ensuring merchant quality and the platform monitoring is not strict in the later stage;the phenomenon of unlicensed operation of food delivery businesses,kitchen points,and black workshops is common;distribution facilities for delivery is personnel;the delivery staff is difficult to guarantee the timely delivery and violates the delivery rules time to time;consumers cannot directly observe the quality and safety of the takeaway food;the incomplete related legal system of the catering O2 O industry and the low illegal cost makes the analysis and targeted management of the food delivery O2 O industry imperative.It asked transform the management status of the food delivery O2 O industry that making after supervision to prevent in advance to ensure its quality and safety.The main objective of the study is establish a food quality and safety guarantee system.This article mainly adopts research methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis.The study identify the influencing factors of O2 O quality and safety of food delivery from the five aspects of platform,merchant,distribution,consumer and external environment,construct a framework and analyze in detail of the influencing factors of food safety based on the research background of the food takeaway O2 O industry,the current status of domestic and foreign research,research content and technology roadmap,the related theories of the literature,development,current situation and case analysis of foodtakeaway O2 O.This study evaluate and analyze the influence of each influencing factor,verify the rationality of the questionnaire,and find out its key influencing factors based on the questionnaire data,this paper uses descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,and regression methods,in order to facilitate put forward targeted improvement measures to improve the quality and safety level of food delivery.Finally,the SSOP,GMP,and HACCP management systems were introduced into the O2 O quality supervision of food delivery and a food quality and safety guarantee system was established based on the identification of influencing factors and the analysis of key influencing factors.The measures of the takeaway O2 O have proposed targeted from the external environment,the business environment,the distribution environment and consumer environment to effectively monitor and ensure the healthy development of the catering takeaway O2 O industry.By optimizing the O2 O industry management model of the food delivery industry,we will help platforms and businesses improve their current management level,ensure the quality and safety and provide opportunities for long-term development of the food delivery industry.
