In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the foundation of enterprise's innovation. Many valuable knowledge in the organization is the result of tacit knowledge, and the employee individuals could not have all the knowledge and skills,so Employee's innovation needs the sharing of tacit knowledge such as technology, experience, skill and so on.With the continuous improvement of the network infrastructure, Explicit knowledge can be shared with all kinds of platforms and carriers, But tacit knowledge is a human carrier?Due to the impact of various factors, the tacit knowledge sharing process will be more difficult.In the process of transforming tacit knowledge into employees creativity, there are different paths to share the tacit knowledge.This paper discusses which ways the issue is the biggest influence on employee behavior and also innovation and employee knowledge absorptive capacity to adapt.The core of This paper is discussing the problem which way is the biggest Influence on employee innovation behavior and adapt to the employees' ability to absorb knowledge.In the past, most of the research on knowledge absorptive capacity is on the organizational level, and this study is to explore the impact of individual absorptive capacity on the path of tacit knowledge sharing and the innovation behavior of employees.In this paper, firstly, the theory of tacit knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and employee's innovative behavior theory and its development are sorted out. Then,based on summing up related research between the two variables, I put forward the research hypothesis and establish theresearch model of this paper.The following conclusions were drawn after the analysis and examination of the effective questionnaires analyzed and tested by the SPSS statistical software:(1) The three paths of tacit knowledge sharing have a significant positive impact on employee innovation behavior.Among them, the organization's formal communication has t h e g r e a t e s t i n f l u e n c e o n e m p l o y e e ' s i n n o v a t i o n b e h a v i o r;(2) Tacit knowledge sharing has a significant positive effect on absorptive capacity;(3)Absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect on employee innovation behavior;(4)Absorptive capacity plays a part of the role of intermediary between tacit knowledge sharing and employee's innovative behavior.At last, according to the conclusion of this paper, some suggestions are put forward for the management practice of enterprises.
