Research On Factors Of Influencing Peasants' Willingness Of Participating In Rural Land Circulation In The City Of Jincheng

Accompanied by the development of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization,rural labor force' dependence on the land is relatively weaker,and a large amount of surplus labor of agricultural transfer will come out.The circulation of farmer's land contract management right is significantly speeding up,and developing scale management has become a necessary trend.The essence of farmland circulation is to realize large-scale,intensive and modern mode and then to meet the development requirement of intensively,economically,efficiently and reasonablely use of every inch of the land resources,and low efficiency utilization and allocation of A large amount of agricultural land resource will impact agricultural development.However,in the real environment,rural labor force is gradually separated from land.Under a rigid state,land assets can't be activated which are asked rational allocation as a kind of agricultural land resources.The current academic research on transfer farmland are focused on influence factors of farmers' desire,circulation patterns and so on.The construction of a complete mechanism about transfer farmland and the impacts which rural land right system of our country has on farmland circulation are researched in some ways.However there are not mamy researches on the supply condition of existing farmland transfer mechanisms from the perspective around farmland right system.Therefore,reviewing the existing of the results of other researchers,based on the formal system of right effects on assets transformed into capital and collecting relevant datum from questionnaire survey,this text analyzes the influence factors of farmers' desire about transfer farmland which was combined with the instance and the Logistic binary regression in SPSS17.0 software.The results of the Logistic binary regression show that the significant influencing factors on the farmers' desire about transfer farmland are the second effect which decentralizes information into a system,and the fifth effect which sets up network of relationship.The first effect which fixes the asset's economic potential,the third effect which establishes a responsibility and credit a system,the fourth effect which makes the asset interchangeability and the sixth effect which protects trade are not significant influencing factors on the farmers' desire about transfer farmland.Finally it is concluded that there is not close connection between farmers' desire about transfer farmland with circulation system.Within the study area,the system of farmland right should be completed and the supply of related systems should be increased,inorder to promote local farmland circulation,improve the efficiency of farmland use,and vitalize the local land resources.
