The Research Of Rural Land Circulation Problems In Hengyang

Rural land circulation and concentration is the inevitable way for developing the agricultural scale operation and realizing agricultural modernization; labor force of rural areas going out for job increasely leaded to land's desolation and abandonment, meanwhile, as some farming master-hands and farmers'specialized cooperative economic organization mastered high efficient and scale agriculture planting and management technique, it has become currently one of the most important topics for researching agriculture and rural job to realizing scale and intensive operations and how to guide and perfect scientific and reasonable rural land circulation. In recent years, Hengyang according to the requirements of developing modern agriculture, steadfastly promoting the circulation of land contract-management right and realizing scale operation of leading industry to proceed "three agriculture", adopting flexible and varied forms, has achieved remarkable effects. With the steady growth of the transfer of rural land quantity and flow scale increasing, all kinds of problems appeared, which seriously hindered rural land circulation orderly.This thesis regards rural land circulation in Hengyang as study subject, analyzing the current situation, existed problems and influencing factors of land circulation in Hengyang, and raising the suggestions. Firstly, the researching purpose, methods and contents of this thesis was determined by collecting and collating the related documents on rural land circulation from scholars at home and abroad; secondly, systematically studied the conceptions and the basic theories on rural land circulation; thirdly, this thesis emphatically analyzed the current situation, developing patterns, main achievements and existed problems of rural land circulation in Hengyang; fourthly, by investigating and analyzing the basic conditions of main influencing factors of land circulation from the perspective of farmers; finally, putting forward the related suggestions to promote the rural land circulation in Hengyang based on the existed problems and influencing factors.
