Research On Agricultural Technology Popularization In Northwest China

When demonstrate the relationship between theory and practice,the philosophers said: "practice is the source of the theory,the theory of practice has a motile reaction,namely theory can guide practice".accordingly,in the real society,promoting production technology is linking scientific research and production constantly.Nowadays,the socialism new rural construction work is carried out,and popularization of agricultural production technology is the bridge and the link translating agricultural scientific research into productive forces.popularization of agricultural production technology not only speeds up the construction of new countryside,but also is a philosophy of the reality of the relationship between theory and practice of application.As a scientific practice,the promotion of agricultural production technology greatly promote the development of rural productivity,and play an important role in the social process.As the organization system and operation mode of agro-technical popularization,the establishment and development of agro-technical popularization system make it continuously innovate agriculture and accelerate the transformation of results in the form of carrier.As is known to all,China is the world's agricultural workers,the largest number of countries,and two-thirds of China's population lives in rural areas.agricultural country is our country's basic national conditions,in order to fully realize the modernization of the national economy,the realization of agricultural modernization is a breakthrough point.Therefore,based on the typical Alxa in northwest China as an example,this paper will analyze its agricultural technology promotion system construction.Combining with the experience of developing countries in the world,based on the theory of agricultural extension,this paper will analyze the root causes of existing problems in reference and creation so as to put forward reasonable Suggestions and feasible ideas to solve the problems existing in our country's existing agricultural system reform.In the end,this paper aims to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures to improve the agricultural extension in northwest China.This paper finally concluded that: establishing agricultural technology popularization system should be compatible with market economy system.on the basis of increasing funding we should actively explore the new mechanism and new mode of agricultural extension to construct countermeasures of agricultural science and technology intermediary service organization and speed up the agricultural technology promotion team construction enhancing the construction of agricultural technology popularization system in Alax.
