Research On Drug Supply Chain Collaboration Mechanism With TPL Participation

Purpose:Drug is a kind of special commodity,which is related to the efficacy and life safety of patients.The circulation process requires high efficiency and safety.This attribute determines that the drugs need a higher logistics service than ordinary commodities in the distribution and distribution process to ensure safety and Timeliness and so on.Method:Based on the status quo of drug supply chain and the characteristics of drug supply and demand market,this paper takes drugs production companies,commercial companies,and TPL service providers in drug supply chain members as research objects,and discusses drug supply chain members using game theory,collaborative theory,and contract theory.The decision-making process and the design of an appropriate synergy mechanism enable the drug supply chain to increase operational efficiency under the intervention of TPL services,ensure the safety of drug circulation,and achieve coordination and Pareto improvement.Conclusion:In the conventional supply chain game model,a conventional supply chain game model is established in which production companies are dominant,commercial companies and TPL service providers are followers.The study found that under the decentralized model,the optimal order quantity of commercial companies and the optimal delivery level of TPL service providers were lower than the corresponding values at the time of centralized decision-making,resulting in the loss of the supply chain system and the double marginalization.Based on the general marginal effect of supply chain members in the conventional game model,revenue sharing contracts and distribution cost sharing contracts are further introduced to solve the required parameter conditions to achieve drug supply chainsystem coordination.Under the TPL-VMI model,in order to improve the efficiency of drug inventory management and ensure the safety and quality of drug storage,the concept of clearing contract was introduced.Under the decentralized and centralized decision-making,the collaborative decision-making mechanism of supply chain members for drug inventory was studied and the related parameters were solved.It's found that there is a replenishment strategy in the drug supply chain that makes the totaloptimal management efficiency.
