| With the rapid development of economy,the living quality of Chinese people has been greatly improved.In particular,there are higher requirements for food.It is not only the price of vegetables that people cares,but also nutrition and safety.Organic vegetables are very popular in the market because of their high quality.They are showing great market potential.In recent years,our country's organic agricultural products have maintained a good momentum of development.The number and scale of related company is expanding,and there are out-standing brands in this area.Changchun Guoxin Group complies with the changes of the times and market situation,its subsidiary Changchun Guoxin Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Development Company is committed to organic vegetable projects,and has made good achievements,and has been in the forefront of private enterprises.Vegetables are water-rich,easy to spoilage,and their storage time is short,so there is a great loss in the logistics link.At present,the logistics management of Guoxin Group's organic vegetable project has also appeared a series of problems,such as high wastage,untimely supply,inaccurate delivery and so on.Thus,it has become an urgent problem on how to optimize the logistics management of the organic vegetable project to improve the efficiency,reduce the waste and loss in the organic vegetable supply process,reduce the cost of logistics,and improve consumer satisfaction.Modern logistics is a strategic measure aimed at meeting the needs of consumers through combining the manufacturing,transportation,sales and other market conditions.However,modern logistics not only considers the delivery of goods from producers to consumers,but also considers how to improve the economic benefits and efficiency of the delivery.So logistics management has become the supply chain management.To further optimize the logistics management,it is necessary to study the current Guoxin Group's organic vegetable project logistics,evaluate and analyze its performance under the environment of supply chain management,find the weak points,and then suggest specific improvement solutions.Through on-the-spot investigation and interviews,the basic process and management status of organic vegetable project logistics in Guoxin Group are understood,and the whole process frame of organic vegetable business is drawn.In this thesis,we have built a comprehensive performance evaluation index system.In order to provide more objective,systematic and accurate evaluation,the performance evaluation index system is based on the supply chain management theory and the Balanced Score Card model.We applied the systematic principle,operational principle,representative principle and comparability principle as guidance.Furthermore,the current situation of Guoxin Group's organic vegetable project is taken into consideration,including its home delivery and third-party logistics service.There are four first-level indicators,and 17 second-level indicators.The first-level indicators include economic benefits,member service level,internal operation efficiency,learning and innovation.The original data used for analysis was obtained from a designed questionnaire.The weight of each indicator in the index system is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Then the performance of Guoxin Group's organic vegetable project logistics is measured by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Overall,the results indicate that the performance of Guoxin Group's organic vegetable project logistics is medium.Meanwhile,we analyzed the performance of each indicator in the performance evaluation.Combined with the results from our research,the relevant theories and national policies,we put forward some specific suggestions to optimize the logistics management of Guoxin Group's organic vegetable project.The main idea is to construct standard cold storages,cooperate with professional third-party cold chain logistics companies,and establish an e-commerce integrated information service platform for the organic vegetable project. |
