Research On Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Evaluation

Nowadays,the collaborative innovation of enterprises is constantly emerging,playing a strong and powerful role in promoting social and economic development,education and other aspects.The current domestic evaluation of enterprise cooperative innovation theory and method of research is still in its infancy,especially from the Angle of view of the enterprise as the main body to evaluation incentive mechanism,establish and improve the cooperative innovation has become the top priority.Carry out research on collaborative innovation assessment based on enterprise demand,which will pave the way for the sustainable development of collaborative innovation.In order to lay a good theoretical foundation for collaborative innovation assessment of enterprises,the maturity model of collaborative innovation mechanism of enterprises is studied.Based on the analysis of enterprise cooperative innovation based on the characteristics of the periodic phase,analysis of the connotation of enterprise cooperative innovation,the concept of maturity and its characteristics,and then from the Angle of enterprise cooperative innovation maturity dimension,the discussion of the influencing factors,finally on the basis of building the full maturity model of enterprise cooperative innovation mechanism,for the subsequent demand perspective from the enterprise cooperative innovation evaluation study laid a theoretical foundation.On the basis of maturity model research,this paper starts from the needs of enterprises.Enterprises can develop scientific development strategies by evaluating themselves and promote the benign development of collaborative innovation.Then build the enterprise collaborative innovation ability evaluation system,analysis of enterprise cooperative innovation ability evaluation index system of factors that influence the building of enterprise synergy innovation ability is one of the important aspects of collaboration.The concrete index system was constructed by using logical framework method,literature comprehensive research method,expert interview method and membership degree analysis method,and the index system was tested by reliability and validity.On the basis of research achievements appraisal system,the research of enterprise core demand oriented enterprise synergy innovation ability evaluation system index,the system model to the transformation of the actual application process.This paper first on each index threshold value for the design in the system,and gives the enterprise under the perspective of demand of the basic principles of evaluation index weight distribution,and based on the implementation of set-valued iteration method level 3 to determine index weight coefficient,based on the G1 method to realize the secondary indicators and level determine the index weight coefficient,finally gives the concrete enterprise synergy innovation comprehensive index method is determined.The evaluation system and enterprises are combined to verify the comprehensive index of enterprise collaborative innovation ability.The same approach can still validate other enterprises with this assessment system.
