| Project collaborative innovation is inevitable in the development of an enterprisewhen collaborative innovation has become one of China’s national strategies. In orderto achieve the strategic objectives of the developments, an increasing number ofcolleges and universities, scientific research institute, large important enterprisescombine among the strong ones to carry out the depth of cooperation, resource sharing,collaborative innovation research, aiming at the urgent strategic research, science andtechnology cutting-edge field of prospective study, and the significant projects relatedto people’s livelihood. The performance evaluation system based on projectcollaborative innovation is not complete at present; what’s more, there is noevaluation index system which could do assessment and comparison. Scientific andreasonable performance evaluation will be conducive to promote nationalcollaborative innovation projects effectively and improve the quality of researchprojects to promote China’s rapid economic development better.The paper is based on the design of collaborative innovation performanceevaluation and the construction of evaluation method. At first, it describes thetheoretical basis of the project’s collaborative innovation performance evaluation.Second, in the process of designing evaluation index system, the logical frame method,balanced score card and other methods are used to establish the framework ofindicator system. It is based on great amount of investigation and research at homeand abroad on the project of collaborative innovation performance evaluation indexesand the literature of performance evaluation method, combining with expert advicesto select indexes. This paper examined the degree of adaptability between thecooperative partners of project collaborative innovation. The ability of projectcollaborative innovation and the mechanism of project collaborative innovation andestablished a set of evaluation index system of the performance of projectcollaborative innovation. The aterial-units Model analysis and comprehensiveevaluation model is applied to the project of collaborative innovation performanceevaluation tentatively. The establishing of evaluation model of multiple parameters,evaluation by using the correlation function of aterial-units Model analysis, denotingperformance results by the quantitative grade will largely avoid the error caused byexperts’ subjective evaluation, and be easy to standardize evaluation by computer. At last, the aterial-units Model analysis method as the main line, this paper puts the AHPand aterial-units Model together, through a complete case analysis to specify theprocess.This paper aimed to evaluate the level of research project collaborativeinnovation and make feedbacks, thus provide references to the project managemententerprises when examining and verifying the utility of project collaborativeinnovation. The index system is terse and able to capture the major problems in theimplementation process of project innovation; therefore, it could provide references toassess the level of project collaborative innovation. It can also provide reference forimproving the collaborative performance for collaborative innovation main body. |
