The Integrated Product Development Management Optimization Research Of P Company

In the past 40 years since the reform and opening up,private enterprises with Chinese characteristics have thrived in the spring wind of reform.After years of development,many private enterprises have been developed to a considerable scale,but the resulting enterprises facing the market competition is increasingly fierce,the current most private enterprises face the transformation and upgrading,and standardized management of the enormous pressure.To make the enterprise products are competitive enough to get the favor of consumer,requires enterprises in the process of product development in-depth analysis and research on the target market,to the needs of target users sufficient insight,to speed up the innovation of the product.With P company as the research object,this paper applied the IPD(integrated product development mode)theory,and combined with literature induction system analysis,comparative analysis and empirical research methods,analyses the P company product development process,put forward the P company current development process and project management operation of specific issues,changes and security solutionsThrough this research,we find that IPD theory provides a complete theoretical system for the current manufacturing enterprises in China to successfully transform from "made in China" to "created in China".It provides effective solutions for most Chinese enterprises engaged in product development and manufacturing,such as how to improve the speed of new product development,how to improve the success rate of product marketing,and how to realize the transformation and upgrading from OEM processing to the establishment of independent brands.The research in this paper is helpful to the healthy development of private manufacturing enterprises,hoping to contribute to the development of Chinese enterprises.
