Reserch On Practice Of Ztwes Project Management Standardized

In recent years, profound changes have taken place in the international and domestic economic situation. The global financial crisis and domestic monetary tightening policy, increasing the competition in the market of construction industry, which brought a severe test to the construction enterprise survival and development. How to grasp the core of the project management work by strengthening project management improving management capacity and promoting economic results of enterprise so that enterprises in the market more competitive has become a major issue to many construction enterprises research in the current market environment.In this paper, taking ZTWES how to promote and implement the practice of project management standardization process as a case and adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice to analyze the applicability, effectiveness, implementation principle, marching method and effect of the construction enterprise to implement project, management standardization. Firstly, the article gives a definition about standardized project management, as well as the concept and content, and discusses the main features of the project management standardization, and promotes history and practical significance. As well as combining the own reality of ZTWES, to deep analyze the existing problem and the status quo in the company project management, at same times, based on the studies and analysis, we proposes to an idea that using the standardization of project management to solve the problem of the company’s current project management, and systematically explains that how the company to promote and improve the standardization of project management in the master planning, analysis the core of content about standardized management and implementation methods. For this, we propose five stages in the standardized management to promote the project management, and take a phased approach to strengthen the process control, implement the institution of project management, staffing, process control, on-site management. Finally, in order to illustrate to the effectiveness and validate the applicability, we use the HCKJ-5project in our company as an example.
