Small and medium enterprises to survive in the fierce competition,not only depend on the quality of products and after-sales service,but also depend on the company's internal scientific management.Today most companies focus on their own brand value,the management wants to adopt scientific methods and the use of the accumulated experience of the past,to make reasonable control and optimization of resources in the project.The purpose of introducing the ERP system is to take the strict supervision of all aspects within the enterprise monitoring by using the advantages of the software.In order to achieve the strategic objectives,the enterprise will improve its professional proficiency actively.And the new concepts of the management penetrates into all the details will be the very important reference value to it.But at the same time,the effect that domestic small and medium enterprises implement the ERP does not meet the satisfactory,and there is still a large development space in the future.Therefore,the implementation of ERP software project should be thoroughly evaluated and analyzed.Based on the above background,this dissertation takes CK Company as the research object to analysis the management changes before and after the application of ERP software: Firstly,studied the development status of ERP project at home and abroad,get the understanding of the development trend overall.And thus,lay the foundation for the successful implementation of CK Company.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of ERP project implementation process,make the development process for CK Company and a guide for the restructuring of the business process.And then,sorting out the existing problems that CK Company had before implementing the project,points out the key factors affecting the development of the enterprise.Then specify the direction of the ERP project implementation.Finally,make application suggestions to the lack of project and aspects of improvement according to the result of the research.Research results show that attention level and transformation of management idea by enterprise leaders is the most critical factor for the successful implementation of ERP project.Successful implementation of ERP will bring the tangible benefits to the enterprise and will raise the market reaction speed,the product production cycle speed,and the capital turnover rate.Also,it will increase customer satisfaction,product quality improvement,total cost reduction,and ultimately improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.But it is undeniable that the vast majority of small and medium enterprises in the country are still in the initial stage of application,too advanced model cannot be used.Now small and medium enterprises should increase investment in information construction,continuous learning and training to enhance the survival of the enterprise and to make efforts on optimize enterprise management.
