Research On The Path Of Coordination Between Cities And Industries:Case Study On Suzhou High-speed Rail New Town

The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)proposed from the strategic level of promoting the coordinated development of different regions that "the urban pattern of coordinated development of large,small and medium-sized cities and small towns should be constructed with urban agglomeration as the main body,and the citizenization of the migrant agricultural population should be accelerated".To promote balanced development of urban pattern,we need to focus on the unbalanced development among large,medium and small cities and small towns in urban agglomerations,strengthen weak links and strengths,expand development space,strengthen the potential for development,and achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.The integrated development of industry and city is conducive to promoting the integration of industry and urban space,and the integration of production,life and ecological functions,which can be said to be an effective way to promote the coordinated development of urban pattern.City "convergence" as a response to the urbanization process in our country city separation phenomenon production in the main strategy,it has comprehensive generality and universality,become the government departments at all levels dealing with the city's main policy for separation,widely used in all aspects of urban development and industrial development,and have achieved some results.However,there are still some problems,such as unclear path selection for the integration of industry and city,asynchrony between the integration of industry and city and the urban and rural planning,etc.Therefore,by analyzing the theories and construction experiences related to the integration of industry and city at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the experiences that can be used for reference and the mistakes that should be avoided.This paper clarifies the interactive relationship between new town construction and industrial development,and on the basis of building a model of industry-city integration,puts forward the path selection and implementation strategy of industry-city integration for new town construction.Based on the study of suzhou high-speed railway new town located in the economically developed area of southern jiangsu province,the basic conditions for promoting the integration of industry and city of high-speed railway new town are comprehensively sorted out from the four aspects of new city construction overview,external favorable conditions,internal construction foundation and development problems.On this basis,the author puts forward the overall strategy of integrated development of production and city of suzhou high-speed railway new town,clarifies the feasible path selection,and finally puts forward the targeted planning countermeasures,hoping to provide ideas for similar new city construction in other regions.
