January 2004 through the "medium and long term railway network planning," as of the end of 2020 China Railway business mileage of 100 thousand km.Built to cover "four vertical" and "four horizontal" three intercity passenger transport system.With the rapid development of high-speed railway,with the characteristics of fast,convenient,comfortable and efficient,it is favored by more and more beginners.Because the passenger travel behavior pattern of different passenger flow distribution caused by the difference between time and space,in accordance with the normal mode of market pricing,due to demand differences,so the high-speed rail transport pricing should follow the market demand changes.In January 1,2016,the state relaxed the control of the pricing of high-speed railway,railway transport enterprises to high-speed rail passenger products can be implemented independent pricing.In this paper,the Chengdu Railway Bureau as the research object,through the theory and methods of pricing theory,combined with the theoretical description of the current pricing method of railway pricing,the paper forms the theoretical guidance.By common methods of transportation mode choice,the generalized cost function and logit model,pricing model,and the clearance of Guiyang Guangzhou passenger dedicated line is analyzed,the feasibility study on pricing,based the target model,the development of Chengdu Railway Bureau pricing strategy,to ensure the smooth implementation of the pricing strategy.
