Dairy products are common daily food,in recent years,frequent dairy safety incidents cause great harm to people's health,the quality of dairy products has gradually become the focus of attention.Therefore,solving the problem of dairy products is urgent.The quality chain is a new tool for researching the quality in recent years,and it provides a new approach to research food quality issues.Quality chain is a complex system,it is of great practical significance to screen and analyze the factors that affect the quality chain coordination of dairy products,which is an important means to improve the synergism of dairy products quality chain.Firstly,GERT network(Graphic Evaluation and Review Technique),synergetics theory and other related theories are introduced are introduced.On this basis,the formation process of quality chain is analyzed and summarized,to provide direction for studying dairy product quality chain.Secondly,studying the synergy of dairy products quality chain,according to GERT network,Mason formula,signal flow diagram and other related theories,the parameters and transfer functions of the basis elements of GERT network are defined.In line with characteristics of dairy products quality forming process,the collaborative GERT network model of dairy products quality chain is constructed.Analyzing the characteristics of the model and designing collaborative indexes of dairy products quality chain,putting forward the suggestions in the light of the synergy index value.Thirdly,study on the risk of dairy product quality chain.In the dairy product quality model,each node has the factors that affect the quality of the finished product,and the influence degree is different.Therefore,under the framework of this model,using the triangular fuzzy number to measure the risk of dairy products quality chain,find out the most influential part of the quality chain of dairy products.Finally,this paper studies the dairy product quality chain synergy and risk through an example,and proves the feasibility of GERT network method in research quality.It also provides some suggestions for improving the synergy of dairy products and reducing the risk of dairy products,which has a certain reference value to the study of other quality chains.
