The malpractice of the management of state-owned enterprises is becoming more and more obvious in the tide of market economy development in our country,especially the problem of brain drain which is becoming more and more serious and restricting the sustainable development of enterprises.Staff turnover not only weakens the comprehensive competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises in the market competition,but also makes it difficult for the state-owned enterprises to gain a favorable position in the market competition.Obviously,it is necessary to establish a scientific staff retention mechanism and formulate detailed and concrete implementation strategies and safeguard system in order to make the state-owned enterprises continue to develop in the increasingly fierce market competition.This study not only enriches the theoretical value of the management theory system for the research of staff turnover problem and corresponding countermeasures in state-owned enterprises and,but also has practical significance to help postal system and other state-owned enterprises to solve the problem of employee turnover.Although state-owned enterprises have made some attempts to prevent staff turnover,they have not really achieved a complete set of scientific system to prevent staff turnover,and lack of systematic and effective establishment staff retention mechanism affected by external factors,internal factors and personal factors of employees,as a city subsidiary of China Post Corporation,China Post in City A have made great achievements in these years,however,there exist many insufficient aspects in human resource management,salary distribution,evaluation mechanism and staff training and so on,especially the present situation of serious loss of personnel in the company,have limited the company rapid growth severely in last few years,and became the current important issue to be solved.It is undoubtedly of great theoretical value and practical significance to select A Company to make a special study as the research object on the system planning,countermeasure designation and implementation guarantee in the construction of employee retention mechanism system.Based on the motivation theory of modern management and related theories such as employee satisfaction,and on the basis of the research on the theoretical system of employee turnover in the domestic and foreign,combined with the general situation of human resources development of A Company,using literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods,this paper uses basic statistical software(such as SPSS and Excel)to analyze the current situation and trend of employee turnover in A company,focuses on the comprehensive and systematic analysis of the reasons for employee turnover in A company,and constructs the retaining mechanism and implementation strategy of A company.The research shows that both external factors,internal factors and personal factors affect employees' satisfaction with the company and their turnover intention.In order to retain employees,it is imperative to think systematically about the staff retention mechanism.It is necessary to develop a personalized salary system and diversified incentive system,establish a good and effective personnel selection and employment system,build a dynamic corporate culture and other strategies to stimulate the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of A company employees,improve staff satisfaction,reduce staff turnover.
