The human resource is the most important resource in the organization. The sustainable developments of enterprises need high-quality human resource support and fruitful work of the staff is key to the success of the enterprise. But in reality, excellent employees are not necessarily able to perform well. How can the employees keep high efficiency and strong cohesion and create higher productivity is an important subject in the operation and management of enterprises. Job satisfaction is essentially a kind of attitude and it is a reflection of subjective psychological feeling. Employees with high job satisfaction will maintain a positive attitude at work while employees with low satisfaction will hold a negative attitude. With the enterprise management becoming perfect, the enterprise will gradually regard the management of the employee satisfaction as an important part of the enterprise culture. But because of the different sectors of the corporate culture, different organizational characteristics and different types of employees satisfaction demand, practice in a single theory is not effective for the management of the enterprise. Employee satisfactions in different enterprises are different. Therefore, the employee satisfaction analysis should combine the theory with the reality of the enterprise and staff characteristics in order to play an important role in improving employee satisfaction.In this paper, the subject of my research is FD Company, a China State Grid Corp of a third unit, a high tech enterprise in Beijing. The company relies on high-tech achievements, and its business positions in the grid side products. Due to the improper management of the enterprise management, ineffective motivation system, the satisfaction of employees is affected, resulting in lower production efficiency of the enterprises and passive employees.So it is natural for the enterprises to find it difficult to attract and retain talented employees, employee turnover rate increasing. At present, FD company is taking some measures to make the talented employees in core position to stay in the company, such as position promotion, salary rise,which increases the labor cost of the enterprise but has not produced satisfactory effect.This paper obtains the employee satisfaction through the analysis of the present situation of the domestic and foreign employee satisfaction research, learning from others’ satisfaction model, combined with the set-up of FD satisfaction model for the enterprise, through the satisfaction questionnaire investigation and employee interview, data statistics analysis. Through the analysis on the various dimensions of satisfaction, the paper finds out the key factors affecting employee satisfaction and potential problems. For example, the enterprise should further standardize internal management, improve the company’s salary system and strengthen the evaluation of performance in order to establish a perfect system of construction. According to the different classification of employee satisfaction, the paper finds out the different definition for satisfaction between different group employees, such as for married employees, young employees, employees with a master’s degree and employees with skill----different employees should be given different motivation. The author of the paper, according to the results of the investigation and survey, has given corresponding suggestions and measures to the company,as for promotion of the overall satisfaction and different categories of employees satisfaction in order to improve the employee satisfaction of FD company and enhance the company’s appeal, improve working enthusiasm and efficiency of the employees and ultimately achieve the purpose of the production increase and the healthy and stable development of the company.
