Performance Evaluation And Analysis Of Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives In Hailun City

The central government proposed to build a new type of agricultural management system,cultivate new business entities,and promote the large-scale operation of agriculture.The development of agricultural machinery cooperatives has realized the large-scale operation of land and increased the income of farmers.It plays an important role in the development of agriculture in China and has broad prospects for development.In the past two years,the agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in Helen City have developed rapidly.Not only the number of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives is gradually increasing,but also a considerable number of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives have formed a certain scale of operation and created a relatively good development environment.However,due to the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the operation and management methods of agricultural machinery cooperatives are still relatively backward,especially the lack of in-depth discussion and research on the efficiency of production and operation of agricultural machinery cooperatives.Based on the Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives development status of Hailun city,this paper conducts a field survey of towns and villages in Hailun City,and obtains 18 effective samples of agricultural machinery cooperatives for scale and efficiency research.Through the collation of 18 valid samples of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the input and output indicators are obtained,and the input and output indicators are input into the DEA efficiency evaluation model to calculate the efficiency of the operation scale of each agricultural machinery professional cooperative.The comprehensive technical efficiency of the operation scale of Hailun Agricultural Machinery Cooperative is 0.707,the pure technical efficiency is 0.840,and the scale efficiency is 0.832.The three efficiency evaluation indicators are low.Through the super-efficiency DEA model,the decision-making unit with the efficiency value of 1 is calculated to obtain the accurate efficiency value of the agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,and the agricultural machinery professional cooperatives with the best scale efficiency are found.The findings suggest policy recommendations.
