Structure And Functions Of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives In Yongjing County

The agricultural machinery specialized cooperative is a farmer specialized cooperative whose main goal is to provide agricultural machinery operation services.This paper investigates and analyzes the structure and function of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Yongjing County and surrounding counties.Based on the analysis of the factors restricting the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the author puts forward the development strategy of agricultural machinery cooperatives.This research is of great significance for the standardized development of agricultural machinery cooperatives in the hilly and gully regions of the Loess Plateau.The main findings are as follows:1.Structure of agricultural machinery specialized cooperativeAccording to the industrial structure,it can be divided into three categories :agricultural machinery service type,agricultural mechanization planting type and Agricultural mechanization planting integration type,accounting for 23.33%,50%and26.67%,respectively.According to the mode of establishment,it can be divided into four:large-scale agricultural machinery,family-oriented and policy-oriented.The proportion of village-level organization-driven type and skilled person-driven type was 33.33%,43.33%,10% and 13.33%,respectively.According to the member relationship,it can be divided into three types: joint-stock,unified purchase and marketing,accounting for40%,40%and20%,respectively.According to the scale of agricultural machinery,it can be divided into three types: large-scale agricultural machinery cooperation,medium-sized agricultural machinery cooperation and small-scale agricultural machinery cooperation,accounting for16.67%,56.67%and26.67%,respectively.2.Functions of agricultural machinery specialized cooperativeAgricultural Machinery Cooperatives have effectively promoted the adjustment of agricultural structure and the improvement of agricultural production level.In 2018,the corn planting area in Yongjing County decreased by 13.97% compared with the previous year;the comprehensive level of agricultural mechanization increased by 1.32% compared with the previous year;Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives have increased farmers' income and lifted out of poverty,of which 76.7%were satisfied with their income satisfied;at the same time,Cooperatives were conducive to transferof rural surplus labor,promoting the revitalization of rural industries and the development of national civilization In 2018,the comprehensive grassland coverage rate of Yongjing County reached 65.07%,which played a significant role in the construction of ecological civilization.3.Main Problems in agricultural machinery specialized cooperativeAt present,the main problems of agricultural machinery cooperatives are that funds cannot mix up with dividends,members are unwilling to cooperate,and management and operation are not standardized.Among them,40% of funds cannot share dividends,26.67% of members are unwilling to cooperate,16.67% of management and operation are not standard,and 16.67% of other problems.The reasons for the above problems of cooperatives is that there are many cooperatives that restrict development,including natural factors,biological factors,and social factors of self-development development cooperation.4.Development strategy of agricultural machinery specialized cooperativeIn view of the main problems and restrictions in the development of cooperatives,the paper puts forward the development strategies of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives,including seven aspects of 18 development strategies to improving the organizational structure and basic conditions,adjusting the planting and breeding structure,increasing financial support and introducing skilled personnel,training professional farmers,and improving the management mechanism,etc.5.Main conclusionsAmong the 13 types of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives classified by four ways,agricultural mechanization planting type,skilled personnel driven type,unified purchase and marketing type and large-scale agricultural machinery cooperation type have significant operating benefits in their different classification types,which are the important types of agricultural machinery professional cooperative in Yongjing County at present.Shareholding system and skilled person-driven type business have high income satisfaction and are the type of agricultural machinery cooperatives that Yongjing should focus on in the future.Therefore,through the analysis of the structure and function of agricultural machinery cooperatives,clarify the membership relationship based on the property rights system,establish a management mechanism based on cooperation,increase support for new construction or transformation,actively enter professional farmers,and finally finally realize the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives,Standardized management,the goal of joint-stock operation.
