The T Medical Equipment Company studied in this paper is a wholly-owned private medical equipment company,which involves R&D,production,marketing and other industry-wide operations.Because the company is just beginning to be established,its asset size can not be compared with other equipment companies in the same industry.At the same time,its profit model is still being explored,and its management is extensive.Even so,it has the advantage of backwardness on the shoulders of giants and the advantage of technology and innovation in the competition of modern enterprises.At present,facing the profound and complex changes of domestic and international situation,China's economic development has entered a new track.In the new environment,the business operation is facing unprecedented pressure of transformation.Most medical enterprises have prominent problems such as no core patents,weak ability of technological R&D and innovation,lower profit and lower market share.As far as enterprise management is concerned,in order to make the enterprise have long-term stability and resistance,T Medical Group has carried out strategic layout and industrial transformation and upgrading.Influenced by the inertia of consumables sales and organizational structure,T Medical Company lacks overall strategic guidance,lags behind in marketing,and lacks in product competition strategy,which makes its future marketing into the market increasingly severe.This paper studies the relevant theories of competitive strategy of T medical company,draws on the previous research results and summarizes them as the theoretical basis for the study of competitive strategy of T medical company.Through PEST analysis,Porter's Five Forces Model and Value Chain analysis,the influence of external environmental factors on T medical equipment company's competitive business and the company's positioning are obtained.Combining with the questionnaire survey,the evaluation model of internal and external factors is obtained to determine the strengths and weaknesses of T medical equipment company's competitive business.SWOT analysis is used to seek strategies to determine the choice of competitive strategy.T medical equipment company takes the lead of "innovation".Although the equipment in the field of ultrasound started late,it is believed that the strategy of differentiation will take place in the competition with the help of the national strategy of"one belt and one road".At the same time,this paper explores some competitive strategies of medical companies in order to have more achievements in the future.
