Recently issued a formal " the Twelfth Five-Year Plan," development planning explicitly pointed out that, "according to the basic, strong grassroots, build mechanism" requirement, increasing financial investment, deepen the reform of the medical care system, establish and perfect the basic medical health system and speed up development of medical and public health services, give priority to the basic health care needs.Faced with such good situation, medical equipment industry company bases are all the stops, to prepare for the good of the situation, but AS the company AS the medical industry of taking one of the earliest, and in the strategic confusion period. Through the product innovation, service innovation, establish differentiation strategy, make the medical equipment industry in core technology breakthrough, finally realizes the corner beyond. The last part of the development of the enterprise from the perspective, the strategy implementation need organization strategy, strategic kit function, this paper puts forward the measures are suggested.In the end, the essay summarized the full text, this paper also puts forward the innovation points and deficiencies.
