Since the beginning of the 21st century,in the face of the serious challenges of the rapid development of the knowledge economy,more and more enterprises have realized the importance of human resources in the continuous development and growth of enterprises.As an important means and form of enterprise human resources development,employee on-the-job training is highly praised by many experts,scholars and enterprise managers,and is used as the main means of enterprise talent management.In-service training of enterprise employees has positive significance for improving the market competitiveness of private enterprises and improving the quality of enterprise employees.However,most of the employees 'on-the-job training management in private enterprises in China are in the initial and groping stages.The training system is not mature and can not form a real talent management force.This paper takes the on-the-job training of employees of private enterprises as the research object,and defines the concept of on-the-job training of private enterprises and employees on the basis of reviewing the relevant documents of domestic and foreign employees 'on-the-job training.This paper introduces the theoretical basis of employee on-the-job training and its important role in enterprise development.According to the current situation,influencing factors and problems in the in-service training of employees of private enterprises in China,combined with the results of the field survey conducted.The paper puts forward the feasible measures to solve the problems in on-the-job training of employees of private enterprises.This paper uses literature method and questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of employees 'on-the-job training in private enterprises.With reference to the questionnaire on the on-the-job training of employees at home and abroad,the paper designed the "Questionnaire on the Status of Employees' In-service Training in Private Enterprises" and issued 600 questionnaires and 577 effective questionnaires.The efficiency is 96.2%.The questionnaire included four aspects:organizational support,staff participation,training content,and training effectiveness.The survey results show that the management of private enterprises attaches great importance to staff training,but there is obviously insufficient support for the establishment of enterprise training management system,capital investment,and professional teachers.The employees of enterprises can also recognize the positive significance of training for personal work improvement,but the actual level of participation in training activities is not high;Employees 'on-the-job training is mainly based on the entry training of new employees,job safety operating procedures,and professional skills,and lacks professional knowledge and skills,values,and professional ethics,and training is mostly based on the classroom teaching of internal lecturers in the company.The training form is single;Enterprises spend manpower,material resources to carry out on-the-job training,but both enterprises and employees are not satisfied with the training results,so that training lost the meaning of talent training and management.According to the current situation of on-the-job training of employees of private enterprises,this paper summarizes the problems existing in on-the-job training of employees of private enterprises,including the insufficient organizational support for on-the-job training,the low level of employee participation,the incomplete content of on-the-job training,and the unsatisfactory results of on-the-job training.According to the problems existing in the in-service training of employees of private enterprises,combined with the practice of the on-the-job training activities,this study puts forward some solutions.That is,to increase the organization support for on-the-job training,such as the establishment of a perfect on-the-job training management system,increase the financial support for on-the-job training,providing professional strength support for on-the-job training;Through guiding the staff to understand the importance of on-the-job training,to build the on-the-job training incentive mechanism and other methods to enhance the employee's participation in on-the-job training enthusiasm;Through the training needs survey,construction of a perfect training content system and timely feedback and optimization to improve the employee on-the-job training content;Constructing a reasonable on-the-job training evaluation mechanism can be improved from two aspects:constructing an on-the-job training evaluation system and improving training work.The innovation of this article is that it can make up for the shortcomings of the former staff training research subjects,provide new research results for staff training,especially for the on-the-job training of employees of private enterprises,and investigate and analyze the current situation of on-the-job training within private enterprises.The paper puts forward some measures to solve the problem,and puts forward a clear development direction for the employees of private enterprises.
