As the process of economy globalization and information networking speeds up,Chinese enterprises are facing unprecedented impacts and challenges.Therefore,as enterprises' core competitiveness,talent is becoming more important.Well training and management could help employee master skills,meanwhile,strengthen organizational commitment,improve their adaptiveness and achieve common development.The training work of L insurance company was implemented since 2000,with optimizing L insurance company training system as objective,a solution to various problems is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the article introduced the basic situation of L insurance company briefly,then conducted a survey study of L insurance company's training work through individual interviews and questionnaires,a questionnaire survey is carried out to investigate the current training system of L insurance company.The statistic and quantitative analysis demonstrates limited training coverage,lack of training needs analysis,training effectiveness evaluation,trainers management irregularities and oversimplified training,etc.Secondly,based on the L insurance company strategy and personnel requirement,the training system optimization is proposed from nine aspects in this paper: training needs analysis,training planning,training effectiveness evaluation,trainers selection and management,training courses design and management,staffing,etc.A scientific,complete training system is established for the L insurance company,with considering improving training environment,utilizing the information technology and mobilizing employee initiative.In summary,a more comprehensive training system is established for L insurance company,which could bring great benefits and facilitate L insurance company healthy,stable and long-term development.
