With the development of social progress, China’s economy has beenan unprecedented development, and economic development in the tide, ahuge role in private enterprise. With China’s accession to WTO, privateenterprises have been developing rapidly, but the prevailing situation is nota long development cycle, the main reason for this situation is because ofthe complexity of the market environment. Faced with such a situation,private enterprises must be properly adjusted talent strategy, the only wayto get a place of private enterprises in the fierce market competition.People-oriented, not only to further promote the economic development ofprivate enterprises, but also can further motivate staff fighting, enhancestaff incentives, to promote China’s rapid economic development animportant force, but also to change an important part of private enterprisesurvival and development of one.The main object of this study is a private enterprise Company K, KCompany conducted the analysis for the three aspects, the first aspect ofthe staff structure, the second question is employee motivation, and thethird problem is poor due to the incentives generated affected. Through aseries of market research for the company due to the negative impact of Kincentives appear deep research. Methods used in two ways: One way is toNormative analysis method, another approach is to survey, respectively,from the corporate philosophy, corporate systems, the specificimplementation of the three-pronged approach to further promote Kemployees talked about the mechanism of improved methods for the finalemployee motivation to complete the situation in detail. The direction of the center of gravity of this study is to focus on theactual work of Company K, K company is hoping to play in thecompletion of this study by employees during the reference incentives topromote further improve staff incentives and improve employees’enthusiasm for production work, thereby creating more benefits for theenterprise. At the same time, we also want to study through the samesituation as other related private enterprises, during the course of employeeincentives play a helpful role.
