With the acceleration of the development of China's logistics industry and the continuous improvement of private logistics enterprises,especially the Shunfeng Express listed last year and the eight-minute exposure of Beijing East Logistics in the closing ceremony of this year's Pingchang Winter Olympics,the logistics market in China has been rapidly led by the rapid development of the market competitiveness,and some logistics research projects in China have been catching up.Beyond the world advanced level.Enterprise Z,as a direct railway transport unit,has been undertaking the traditional transport projects in China for many years.In the last few years,with the rapid development market,the enterprise still follows the management and operation mode ten years ago.The operation and development of the enterprise are self-confident,lack of innovation and breakthroughs,and the business income has been declining frequently and showing a negative growth trend.It is an important goal to generate profits and turn losses into profits.Therefore,Z enterprise must keep pace with the market,close to the increasingly strengthened and changing needs of customers,market and customer-oriented,change the firm's image and management,to achieve going out,looking for customers and markets.Therefore,the study of Z enterprise marketing strategy is the ultimate goal.By using STP theory,7PS marketing theory,SWOT analysis method and other theories to analyze the current environmental situation of Z enterprise,as well as the problems of Z enterprise itself,drawing lessons from the academic frontier theory and the excellent marketing management mode of enterprises in domestic and foreign industries,this paper puts forward solutions to the problems of Z enterprise,and breaks through the basic theory.Combining with case study,we can find out the marketing strategy in line with Z enterprise,eliminate the barrier on the current development road,take the market and customer demand as the center,enlarge the market share,increase business performance,and truly realize the turning loss into profit.
