Financial Poverty Alleviation Research From The Perspective Of Inclusive Finance

Inclusive finance refers to a financial system that provides services to all sectors and groups of society in an efficient and comprehensive manner,the fundamental purpose of inclusive finance is to eliminate poverty and make it convenient for all people to enjoy modern financial services.Financial poverty alleviation is an important aspect of accurate poverty alleviation,accurate poverty alleviation is the basic starting point of financial poverty alleviation.Since the origin of human society,poverty has always been a common problem faced by various social and economic forms,and it is a major problem that constrains the progress of modern society.Accurate poverty alleviation is the key work of the Chinese government in the current and future period of poverty control.Given China's long-term urban-rural dual economic structure,the difficulties and challenges facing financial poverty alleviation are still more.Under such a background,commercial banks have increased the financial support for poverty alleviation and development through the development of inclusive financial services,and improved the level of financial services in poverty-stricken areas.This has also reflected the responsibility and responsibility of commercial banks,effectively offsetting market failures,enhance endogenous motivation and developmental vitality in poverty-stricken areas.In the eastern part of Fujian,there are 6 provincial-level poverty alleviation and development key counties and 452 poverty-stricken villages,accounting for 26% and 20%of the province respectively.The People's Bank of China Ningde City Center Branch took the lead in formulating a five-year development plan for inclusive finance at the prefecture-level level,and carried out the practice of inclusive financial assistance to help the poor get rid of poverty and achieved remarkable results.As a difficult point in the development of inclusive finance,the inclusive financial assistance carried out in the eastern part of Fujian has contributed to the local characteristics,and it is also useful for the promotion of the vast areas of China.By constructing an inclusive financial service system,it is conducive to the formation of a modern urban and rural financial system in urban and rural markets,solving the problem of production funds for large and small microenterprises and vulnerable groups,especially rural low-income people,raising income levels,improving living conditions,and exerting Its potential to participate in economic activities helps people to establish correct financial concepts and enable more financial services in rural and remote towns.Taking the eastern part of Fujian as an example,this paper analyzes the construction of the inclusive financial system from the perspective of commercial banks,promotes the problems faced by poverty alleviation,and proposes the implementation path of promoting the inclusive financial assistance to help the poor in the next stage.This paper mainly uses literature research method,combination of theory and practice,comparative research method and other methods to analyze the current situation of inclusive financial and financial poverty alleviation in the eastern part of Fujian Province by expounding the practice of promoting inferior financial services at home and abroad.The objectives and principles of the poverty alleviation system were put forward,and the framework and implementation plan for promoting financial poverty alleviation work in the eastern part of Fujian were put forward.The paper focuses on how to promote financial poverty alleviation through inclusive finance,and further proposes safeguard measures to promote financial poverty alleviation in the eastern part of Fujian from the perspective of inclusive finance,which has certain reference significance for promoting financial poverty alleviation in the eastern area of Fujian Province.
