Interest rate marketization,financial disintermediation,and internet finance have brought a strong impact on the traditional business model of the banking industry.In the context of the new economic normal,China's overall economic growth has slowed down,the banking industry is facing an increasingly harsh and complex operating environment,the banking profit space is further compressed,and the competition in the industry becomes fiercer.With the gradual weakening of online channel dividends,the offline channel faces the opportunity of value revaluation.How to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of outlets has become a realistic and urgent problem faced by various commercial banks.The domestic and foreign research on the competitiveness of commercial banks is mainly focuses on the macro-strategic level,and there is less systematic quantitative studies on the competitiveness of bank outlets.Drawing on the research ideas and methods of experts and scholars,combined with the current situation of Z branch business development,using factor analysis method,constructing the comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system of Z branch outlets,sorted the comprehensive competitiveness of 84 branches outlets of Z branch,and analyzed the indicators of outlets superiority and inferiority.According to the score of various factors and the comprehensive rankings,the Z branch outlets are divided into four types:strong competitive outlets,secondary strong outlets,weaker outlets and weakest outlets.The scale and benefits of outlets,the basic customer resources,the support capabilities,the customer service efficiency,and the the competition environment of geographical location are the five main factors that affect the comprehensive competitiveness of Z branch outlets.The corresponding core indicators are pre-provision operating profit,number of individual customers,outlets personnel and equipment configuration and area,average customer processing time,and the number of outlets within one kilometer of the surrounding area.Among them,the scale and benefit of outlets,the basic customer resources,thecustomer service efficiency,and the geographical competition environment are positive factors.the support capabilities has positive and negative effects on the comprehensive competitiveness of outlets,and should be optimized from the perspective of resource.For each of the influencing factors,the outlets that need to be focused on upgrading is listed..The Z branch should adopt different measures according to different categories to improve the core indicators corresponding to the business outlets.According to the influencing factors of the comprehensive competitiveness of Z branch outlets,based on the actual operation of the Z branch,Z branch should enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of outlets from the following five aspects.First,speed up transformation to improve the profitability of outlets;second,attract customers to the outlets to enhance the ability of obtaining customers;third,optimize resource allocation to enhance the ability of support;fourth,integrate business processes to improve efficient service capabilities;fifth,enhance the advantages of channels to enhance sustainable development.
