Research On Upgrading Of Productive Service Industry Cluster Based On Innovation-driven

As the intermediate input of industry and the supporting service industry directly related to industry,producer services are at the high end of the value chain in the regional division of labor system,which is the main driving force for the economic growth of various countries and regions.As the main form of the development of producer services,industrial clusters play an important role in the development of regional industries and the improvement of competitive advantages.However,the producer service cluster in China is at the low end of the value chain,and there are some problems such as poor innovation ability and low correlation between clusters.Under the innovation-driven strategy,the research on how to realize the upgrading of producer services cluster plays an important role in promoting industrial production efficiency and promoting industry and regional competitiveness.Firstly,this paper collects and combs the relevant theoretical documents of industrial cluster,industrial cluster upgrading,innovation-driven and producer service industry cluster,and links the innovation-driven and industrial cluster upgrading to explore the relationship between the two,then puts forward the necessity to study the upgrading of producer service industry cluster from the angle of innovation drive.Secondly,from the perspective of innovation-driven connotation,this paper thinks that innovation-driven is a system composed of scientific and technological innovation,institutional innovation and collaborative innovation.Based on the analysis of the upgrading mechanism of producer service cluster,it is considered that the improvement of cluster innovation ability is the key to the upgrading of producer services cluster,and innovation cluster is the strategic goal of producer service cluster upgrading.It is necessary and feasible to study the upgrading of producer services cluster from the angle of innovation drive.Thirdly,this paper explores the mechanism of innovation driving the upgrading of producer services clusters,and points out that scientific and technological innovation can realize the cluster upgrading of producer services through knowledge innovation and technological innovation,and collaborative innovation can improve the ability of technological innovation.Improve the cluster innovation network and promote the formation of innovation cluster to realize the upgrading of producer services cluster;Institutional innovation realizes the upgrading of producer service industry cluster by creating a good innovation environment for scientific and technological innovation and collaborative innovation and providing basic guarantee.Then,through empirical analysis to verify the impact of innovation drivers on the upgrading of producer services clusters,it is found that scientific and technological innovation,collaborative innovation and institutional innovation can promote the realization of the upgrading of producer services cluster by promoting the innovation ability of producer services clusters.Finally,the paper takes Shaanxi Province as an example,by comparing the three provinces of central,eastern and western,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of producer services cluster development and innovation drive in Shaanxi Province.Proposed countermeasures and suggestions on the upgrading of producer services cluster in Shaanxi Province.
