Research On Optimization Of Food Fast Detection Work Of Circulation Links In Yongjia

As we all know,dining counts most for people,of which safety comes first.At present,food safety has become the top priority of global issues which gains a lot of concerns.Frequent food safety incidents have imposed both psychological and physical influence to consumers.Nowadays,there are mainly two methods used applied in the food safety testing,laboratory quantitative testing and on-site quick testing respectively.With regard to laboratory quantitative testing,it has several demerits when applied to test the samples that the intricate and difficult procedures results in that researchers need to wait for a long time for the results and that the expensive machines and reagents complicate the supervision on safety of imported food under the backdrop of controlled flows.However,with regard to the on-site quick testing,it can give the final results in a short time and contribute to improving the general food safety in line with the real conditions.Therefore,on-site quick testing has a shorter testing period and more effective ways than the laboratory quantitative testing.As a result,quick testing on the food holds the key to secure food safety.This thesis,based on the case study of Yongjia County,Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province,takes its quick testing on the food in the middle of flows the object of study.And then,on the basis of the research results of literature at home and broad,this thesis gives a detailed analysis on the status in quo of quick testing on the food in the middle of flows in Yongjia County and proposes some targeted optimized suggestions,in the ways of interviewing,data analysis,literature analysis.In a short word,the quick testing system on the food in the middle of flows in Yongjia County can roughly live up to the testing requirements and also has scored some achievements in fighting the crimes of endangering food safety and deterring illegal conducts pertaining to food safety.And it is attributed to the indifference of thesuperior and imperfect law regulations and institutions leads to series problems in personnel,implementation process and results application,which makes it impossible to carry out the work further or even cannot be guaranteed.This paper combines with relevant literature and theoretical tools to put forward a series of suggestions for the optimization of the quick testing system on the food in the middle of flows in Yongjia County.And Yongjia county can optimize the effectiveness of the work by strengthening the construction of circulation food quick testing system,improving the circulation of food quick testing system construction and establishing and improving the circulation of food quick testing system construction these three aspects to achieve the goal of strengthening the supervision of food safety.
