Research And Application Of Product Develop Platform Based On Concurrent Engineering

Under the new situation of knowledge economic and global manuf-acture,customers increasing the demands of product quality and development cycle.So characteristic of the products which is" little batch,wide variety,shorten cycle" have shown especially further more obvious than before.Enterprises must adjust market planning rapidly and shorten the development cycle,cut off development cost,improve product development efficiency,warrant development quality at the same time.The research on Concurrent Engineering is based on this background.Combining theoretical foundation of Concurrent Engineering with practical work in this dissertation,an architecture of the product development process is proposed.The contents concentrate on the following aspects.Research on the integration of product organization,development flow,planning management,information management and ERP in development process based on Concurrent Engineering,so as to guide and support design,improve and reconfiguration of product development process.Basing on research and state of art of related fields,such as Concurrent Engineering,product development process,design and optimism of process and design reuse,etc.,a whole architecture for concurrent product development is built for product development phase.Combining system management of PDM with ERP system,a fundamental platform is implemented so as to making product development pertinency,shortening product development cycle,cut off the development cost and improve quality and market competitiveness of products.At last make sure the correctness and advancement both in theory and metho.
