Study On Operation Mode Of Ecological Logistics Park

With the rapid development of our national economy, the logistics park construction speed faster.especially with our country policy of logistics park construction pian of logistics industry in the top ten industrial revitalization planning, the various regions have been introduced, China’s logistics park construction has made great achievements, but also exposed a lot of problems, such as the logistics park planning appear more and less operation situation, the logistics park management is poor, the vacancy rate is too high, the discharge of wastes overweight and redundant construction and so on.This thesis analyzes the ecological logistics park to build the theoretical foundation, and from an economic, social and ecological point of view the three coordinated development of logistics park illustrates the ecological connotation, followed by an analysis of the logistics park development status and problems, should be noted from three construction of ecological aspects of logistics parks business model, namely, operation and management mode analysis, the use of P-P-P (Public-Private-Partnerships) management mode; combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build the park enterprises settled selection mode, in order to evaluate whether a company assigned to the park’s qualifications; profitable value-added modes for learning in corporate life cycle theory, should be taken at different times, the profitability of different value-added model.Finally to build the Yantai international comprehensive Ecoiogical logistics park as a case for empirical analysis to verify Ecoiogical logistics park operation mode is reasonable.
