Research On The Asset Management Business Of Securities Company Under The "Mobile Internet"

China's financial institutions have made rapid progress in asset management since the financial innovation in 2012.The traditional asset management mode with fixed service time,high cost and low efficiency has been unable to guarantee timely updating of assets information and adjustment of asset changes.Developing asset management business is a key step for securities companies to achieve strategic transformation.The wide application of the mobile Internet,the rise of Internet Finance and the competitive pressure of other financial institutions are all challenges which need to face and overcome of the securities companies.Therefore,the study of this problem has a certain research value.This article chooses to study the asset management business of securities companies under the mobile Internet,because the society has entered a new era of information civilization.Now,each person spends at least 16 hours per day on the Internet.Under this,the strategy of securities companies should be adopted to deepen the essence of asset management business and to remould the relationship between supply and demand.It can provide reference,inspiration and guidance to stimulate the innovation power of the securities companies and build a more transparent,efficient and pluralistic ecological chain to meet the needs of the management of public wealth.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 is introduction.Chapter 2 is the overview of asset management,mobile Internet and Internet Finance.Chapter 3 is the analysis of the development of asset management business of securities companies under the mobile Internet.Chapter 4 is the analysis of asset management business development of J securities company under mobile Internet.Chapter 5 is the measures to improve the asset management business of securities companies under the mobile Internet.Chapter 6 is the conclusions and prospects.In order to deepen study and analyze the development of asset management business of securities companies under the mobile Internet,This article takes J securities company as an example,and points out its existing problems combined with its current development situation.Based on these problems,it puts forward some better measures.It also can provide reference for other securities companies in the same background.
