Research On Cross-regional Cooperation Management Of Local Governments

In the context of economy globalization and regional economy integration,global economy competition has broken through regional restrictions and increased intensity.As a relatively strong economy entity globally,China actively participates in international market competition,and its economy development is relatively fast.However,with the development of the economy,the traditional economy development model with the administrative divisions and distinct barriers has been unable to adapt to the trend of economy development.Therefore,with the premise of urban industrialization and rapid development of market economy,China's economy has shown a significant development characteristics,that are the development model and competition pattern based on the regional development economic circle.At present,many regions in China have achieved regional economy cooperation.The area of Xunyang jurisdiction is only 26 square kilometers,with a total population of 400,000.The population density is large,land resources,especially industrial land,are very limited,and the development space is insufficient.Under the background of regional economy development and limited platform,Xunyang District has also started to explore to cooperate with other counties and districts of Jiujiang City and even across provinces and counties.At the meantime Xunyang District has started to practice the enclave project of “Invest in Xunyang,Settle in Quartet” to achieve Communicating development and making progress together.The area of cooperation between Xunyang District and Huangmei County is located in Xiaochi Town,southeast of Huangmei County.It is the junction of Hubei Province and Jiangxi Province.It faces the Xunyang District of Jiujiang City,Jiangxi Province across the river.It is known as the “East Portal”,“trade tourism” and "Golden Triangle".Based on the relevant theories of government regional cooperation management,this paper explores the new road of local government economy development by analyzing the case management of cross-regional cooperation between Xunyang District and Huangmei County.The Paper listed proposals to improve the cross-regional cooperation management of Xunyang District from four aspects,i.e.to lead regional cooperation development by opening up to the outside world,further improve cooperation mechanism,innovate cooperative development model,and learning from domestic and international experience to improve the level of regional cooperation management.
