The real estate industry has became the one of the industry has became one of the pillar industries of China's national economy and played important role in our economic system as more than 20 years development.Meanwhile the booming real estate market brings the good opportunity to the real estate developer.Howoever,It is also the big challenge for real estate when they shared benefit from opportunity in unpredictable and changeable real estate markets.To be the winner in the crucial market competition,the real estate should evaluate its external environment and find the suitable solutions according the company situation.The reform in the company can improve the real estate core competitiveness and help the real estate get the advantage from the completion,finally to be the leader of the market.The paper review,analyze and conclude the series organizational reform in my company based on the environment,which descript at the beginning.The object is TEDA Group.With the guidance of reform theory,Firstly,the paper in-depth analyze the group's operation situation,the risks and challenge based on the level of the company and the problem,which come from operation.Secondly,the paper is decrypting the reform and developed strategy of the group.The description the reform from different content included:original organization,the objective of the reform,the method of reform and the process of the reform.Thirdly,the paper describes how to implement the reform solutions steps by steps from different points including the organization chart,personnel assignment,operation system,incentivesystem,enterprise culture construction.Finally,presented how to ensure the reform implemented successfully through the leadership,communication channel,incentive system and assessment mechanism and make the final conclusion of this paper.During the conclusion,listed the significant factor during the reform.The group organization reformwhich researched here is different with the mainstream scale operation real estate reform.Thousandsbillion real estate is supper overpass from the scale.For the group like us,to be strive in the strong crucial market only through innovation,delicacy production,reused the defective products,develop the new way which different with the main develop model scale nation,speed extended,to be large and huge.This is the significant experience and guidance for the real estate company which bring from this paper through the research of the case.The result of this paper is systematic analyzed and concluded the TEDA Organization reform,also analyzed the problem which comes from the TEDA development.From the organization chart,performance evaluation system to analyze and described.The result is provided the predictable method for future continuous improvement and enhancement of the reform result,meanwhile provide the good example and the reference for the organization which is in reform,and shared the experience for familiar company.
