The construction and promotion process of the wisdom campus of China Unicom XX company will take customer value as the cornerstone throughout the marketing strategy and plan implementation process of the wisdom campus construction.Understanding the value of choice through market strategy;Create value through product strategy;through the customer strategy,the value can be spread and transmitted,and the cooperation between the enterprise and the wisdom campus can be maximized.In chapter 1 and chapter 2,this paper firstly summarizes relevant knowledge points in theory.Based on the relevant theories of marketing strategies analysis methods,it systematically introduces the relevant marketing strategy theories,and Campus informatization development in our county and abroad.in this paper.Chapter three makes a systematic analysis of the macro and micro environment of wisdom campus business,and uses theory to study the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of China Unicom CA Company in wisdom campus business.Chapter four,based on the content of the above three chapters and combining the actual situation,analyzes the existing problems of the wisdom campus business of China Unicom CA company from the five aspects of product,price,channel,promotion and service.In chapter four,on the basis of elaboration and analysis,the fourth chapter from three dimensions first analyze the market demand,then use theory put forward the marketing strategy of China Unicom wisdom city construction,and train of thought,set up the solution to solve the problem of wisdom city construction,framework,and focusing on the most urgent problems facing dig deep and deep treatment.The chapter 5 proposes improvement measures for the existing problems of the smart campus business in the last chapter,and forms an executive and replicable marketing strategy by applying relevant market theories and combining the actual situation of the "smart campus" business of China Unicom CA company.Chapter 6 introduces the guarantee measures of project implementation of China Unicom CA company.This paper focuses on studying how to get out of the predicament of single development mode,break through the pipe and realize the market strategy of strategic transformation by virtue of wisdom city construction through combining theory with practice.
