| Under the national strategy of "Made in China 2025",China's manufacturing industry is facing a profound transformation,and its industrial division of labor is also reintegrating.Before the Sino-US trade war,people may be fascinated by the surface prosperity of China's manufacturing.After the ZTE incident,it once again exposed China's weaknesses in some key core technologies.China's manufacturing industry needs to establish a complete industrial system,not just a link in the downstream constrained by the upstream or low-end industrial chain in the global economic industrial chain.The laser industry is a representative of high-end manufacturing industry,whose development is increasingly oriented towards vertical integration.In the laser industry,company D is the No.1 in Asia,one of the world's top three laser processing equipment manufacturers.Its optical fiber business unit is specialized in the R&D,manufacture and technical services of laser processing equipment.Therefore,this paper takes the Fiber Business Unit of company D as research object,and mainly studies on the development strategy about the core device of fiber laser.That is of great significance for consolidating the leading industry position of the group companies and enhancing the international competitiveness of China's equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper made a thorough and deep analysis on the development strategy of Fiber Business Unit of company D.This paper firstly analyzed the laser industry pattern,market characteristics and the development status of fiber laser based on the historical background and industry background,and then the Fiber Business Unit of company D was introduced.This paper made a systematic analysis of the external environment and the competitive environment of the Fiber Business Unit through PEST analysis and Porter's five-force analysis.On the basis of elaborating the external opportunities and threats,its own advantages and disadvantages faced by the Fiber Business Unit,this paper developed the SWOT analysis matrix.According to the four strategic solutions derived from the SWOT analysis matrix and the company's vision and mission,this paper developed an overall strategic choice that meet the development of Fiber Business Unit of company D,business layer strategy choices and specific tactics for strategy implementation.Finally,according to the operation status and management experience of the Fiber Business Unit,analysis and discussion on organizational structure,human resources,financial management,R&D technical management,organizational culture and other safeguards were carried out.Through comprehensive and systematic analysis and research,this paper clarifies the strategy goal of Fiber Business Unit of company D and strives to realize the company dream of influencing the world by laser and building a strong country. |
