10 yeas ago,the core components of lasers were mainly imported from foreign countries.With the maturity of domestic laser technology in recent years,the market share of domestic laser companies has increased year by year.Combined with the development trend of the industry and changes in customer demand,how to determine the correct development strategy from the overall market environment is crucial for the sustainable and healthy development of laser enterprises.This article takes the Father of China's laser business,Eagle Laser Company,as the research object,carrying out strategic research and planning.Eagle Laser Company,one of the earliest companies to develop lasers,has developed the country's first high-power laser and is also the earliest listed laser company in China.This paper hopes to provide it specific strategic research planning based on a comprehensive analysis to ensure its sustainable and healthy development in the fierce competitive environment in the future.This paper analyzes the macro environment of the Eagle Laser Company through the PEST model from the four aspects: politics,economy,society and technology.At the same time,this paper analyzes the external environment such as the development of the laser industry and the competitor.By above analysis,we know the opportunities and threats of the Eagle Laser Company.Through the analysis of the internal resource environment,it is found that Eagle Laser has some absolute advantages in some industries,but there are also some problems which are incomplete product line,slow response to marketing,insufficient R&D investment,high turnover rate and high product cost.The development strategy for the Eagle Laser Company in this paper is to increase the investment of the advantageous industries,fields and markets,minimize the strategic unit,reorganize the structure for the most rapid marketing response,increase the R&D investment,improve the product line,improve the employee satisfaction and reduce the manufacturing costs.This above measures can improve internal strength of the Eagle Laser Company.Finally,this article makes a plan for Eagle Laser Company in terms of strategic management platform,human resources,R&D,procurement,manufacturing and quality,and provides guarantee for its strategy to ensure the effective implementation of the corporate strategy.
