With the development of China's e-commerce industry,the internal competition in the logistics industry has become increasingly fierce,and market demand has undergone drastic changes.Traditional third-party logistics enterprises are affected by industrial transformation and upgrading,changes in customer demand and other aspects.They are facing enormous challenges,but also face new transition period and opportunity.The article takes Guangdong Guo Shun Logistics Holdings Limited as an example,combines strategic management theory,applies PEST theoretical model to analyze the external macro environment of the company,uses Porter's five-force model to analyze the external micro-environment of the company,Combining SWTO analysis,this paper tries to explore the company's strategic management,development path and development mode in the new situation.The paper takes Guangdong Guoshun Logistics Holding Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Guoshun Logistics)as the research object,has a strong intention.Using relevant theories,this paper explores the external environment from macro environment,political environment,economic environment,social and human environment,technological environment,industrial environment.And analyses the internal environment of operation advantages,transportation strength,business types,marketing strategies and service teams,reveals the strategic positioning of enterprises,and provides effective paths for strengthening enterprise culture,expanding enterprise's actual business and improving enterprise's transportation efficiency.In terms of corporate culture,to strengthen the concept of "customer-oriented",it is necessary to deepen the culture of corporate.As the business,the company should expand development without impacting,and consider the single long-distance transport and other ways to demonstrate the competitiveness.With regard to the improvement of transport efficiency,under the condition that the efficiency level of the integration industry is comparatively small,various automation equipments and informationization methods can optimize the efficiency allocation in the transport chain,improve the transport efficiency,and minimize the shipping time,transport efficiency and transport time.The efficiency shows the competitiveness of enterprises in the same industry.The data in this paper are accurate and the measures are operable.It is of great reference for Guoshun logistics management.It is also of great reference for the logistics enterprises in the same industry to define the company's business strategy.
