With the reform and opening up, Chinese economy is brought in line with worldsteadily.The appearances of several worldwide financial crises and economicrecession, forced more and more domestic enterprises feel the sense of crisis andrecognize the importance of strategy management. With the changes in the externaland internal environment and market innovation of modern production methods,third-party logistics is considered to be a particular form of logistics.The business andacademic community began to pay attention to third-party logistics.Third-partylogistics have the characteristics of improving the speed of the flow of goods andenterprise core competitiveness, saving time costs and capital costs.So third-partylogistics is widely applied to developed countries enterprise.However, third-partylogistics in China has a late starting and slow growth, by which result in both oftheoretical research and practice experience are falling behind the developed countries,especially the state-owned enterprises pace of boosting the economic developmentwalked slowly and difficultly.With lower market sensitivity,third-party logisticsurgently need to making drastic reform and strategy planning to promote thecomprehensive upgrade state-owned of state-owned enterprises.In view of the above, this paper use PEST and Porter’s five forces model as analysistools,from macroeconomic environment and industry environment of the largestate-owned logistics A company,focusing on A company existing competitivestrategy and growth plight in the process of implementation.Based on the above,thisthesis give the strategic management recommendations and guidance proposal aboutA company business,emphasizing A company need to strengthen its competitiveposition in the logistics industry rely on contemporary enterprise strategymanagement concept,and to explore a developmental new road suit for state-ownedthird-party logistics enterprise.Finally,I hope this study can provide theoreticalfoundation and reference for A company strategic planning,even practical experienceto draw on for the future development of state-owned third-party logistics.
