| Since the establishment of the China Tower,it has received the stock sites of three operators,and the maintenance scale has doubled over that of the operators.Compared with the operators,China Tower are no longer directly facing the public customers and are more pure asset operations andmanagement Company.The main business of China Tower is the construction and maintenance of communication base stations.With the continuous increase of the stock of base stations,the number of base stations is gradually decreasing.How to improve the quality of service and reduce the daily cost of operation and maintenance management becomes the core problem of enterprise development.At the same time,as a communication infrastructure protection unit,natural disasters,The emergency support work in the important event is also the important task of the China Tower.This paper analyzes the development of job order scheduling in the maintenance of communication industry,combining with the new business forms such as Internet application and express service,expounds that the China Tower has more stations than the operators,and the maintenance content is simplified.Wireless communication technology and intelligent control systems have developed to a new stage and a series of innovative foundations.This paper selects XY branch of China Tower as the research object,through locating the base station maintenance problem,analyzes the change of the base station topology structure,and finds out that the base station of the tower company has the characteristics of network and plane distribution compared with the chain structure of the operator.The contents of maintenance work of China Tower are classified in detail,and the sudden work order and the planned work order are distinguished,combined with the traditional maintenance work scheduling mode of the operator,the scheduling mode of the Internet company is introduced.Referring to the emergency dispatch mode and management thought of other industries,the paper puts forward the concept of " work order pool ",which can be assigned as the work order of the China Tower and the cooperation company,and puts forward the concept of " work order pool ",and puts forward the concept of " work order pool ".Emergency dispatch and daily management,basic grain of examination;for the tower company,all kinds of work tasks are collected in the form of single work,and all kinds of work orders are standardized and put into the "work sheet pool";through examination and transfer,the work order pool is allowed to grab the work order in the work order pool,Thus,the passive and down-sent task receiving mode changes to the direction of active acquisition and first-line response.This paper selects Liquan county area to carry on the artificial simulation pilot.Through the main function design of the worksheet dispatching system,the manual simulation is adopted.The experimental results show that the single cell scheduling mode can improve the efficiency of daily work order scheduling process of maintainers,reduce the cost of vehicle use,and shorten the waiting time of on-station service.The service perception of the operator has been improved.With the help of the work order data,the work situation of the maintenance staff is analyzed,which reflects the work performance of the maintenance staff accurately and truthfully.It provides support for the evaluation and elimination of personnel.In emergency support dispatching,the near dispatch effect of single pool is shown to the greatest extent,and the timeliness and flexibility of emergency support are guaranteed.The ability to cope with natural disasters and the protection of holidays and other conditions has improved significantly.By analyzing,comparing with the demonstration process of experiment,this paper preliminarily proves the validity of the dispatching mode of single pool,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the next large-scale pilot project and extensive application of iron tower company. |
