Research On Informatization Planning Of XA Metro Operation Branch

With the rapid development of computer technology and the wide application of information construction,all kinds of companies realize that the information construction is important for improving the enterprise management level and promoting the enterprise development.Consequently,companies are promoting the information construction and developing information application systems to enhance their competition capabilities.With the rapid evolution of urbanization,the urban rail transportation system realizes high-speed development and the capital and scale of the corresponding rail transportation companies also expand fast with the rapid growth of the number of staffs.In such a situation,each rail transportation enterprise faces many puzzles regarding the management concept and production operation mode.The main concern of these enterprises is how the management concept and operation mode can match the rapid development.Based on the theories of informatization strategy plan,informatization construction plan,and informatization plan approach,this paper analyzes existing literatures and discusses many cases.In the literature review,we conclude the critical theories,logic,and solutions such that we can further explore important contributions of existing literatures and improve our research.The quantitative analysis approach mainly focuses on the combination of theories and problems.By employing the quantitative analysis method,we can quantitatively analyze the current informatization construction situation of the XA metro operation branch and then find the problems existing in the operation process as well as analyze corresponding reasons.Moreover,we also adopt the case analysis method to discuss the detailed informatization construction plan of the XA metro operation branch.By integrating the abovementioned analysis approaches,we can obtain the plan strategy of research that well matches the business and thus guarantee the effect of informatization construction.This paper integrates the current situation,problems and actual demands of the XA metro informatization-construction,comprehensively proposes the related construction scheme.First of all,the paper describes the XA metro company informatization strategy and basic construction.It starts with the current situation of the XA metro informatization-construction and points on the problems of business architecture,data architecture,technical architecture,application architecture and control process.Second,based on the deficiency of current informatization strategy plan and the develop target of the XA metro operation branch,we design the overall branch develop plan from the following four aspects:informatization regulation mode,overall regulation target,regulation range,as well as organization and duty.Specifically,our designed overall plan includes the power and responsibility division of the control mode and control system design,the target and principle of the IT controls,IT organizations and IT processes,the evaluation and improvement plan of the duty management,resource management and implementation in the regulation range,the duty division for informatization leading group,informatization management department and special informatization work group as well as the coordination mechanism between the information and business departments,and so on.Finally,by employing the implementation evolution plan model and taking several critical factors including the urgency and importance of task,implementation difficult,dependent relations,investment scale and personnel demand into considerations,we propose the implementation evolution strategy and corresponding suggestions.The way of referring mathematic modal is a way of perfecting the informatization plan,so that the informatization plan can be more comprehensive,more objective and more scientific.It will help the overall management,detailed suggestions and implementation of the XA metro informatization-construction.It is obvious that the informatization is the important guarantee for enterprises'modernization management,is also a strong supporter for rail transit.A high level of informatization can optimize enterprises,configuration,reduce the cost of information collection and management cost,and enhance the enterprises' coping strategy and judgement.Based on the theory of informatization-plan,the comprehensive analysis is provided in this paper.Moreover,the paper analyzes the XA metro operating company informatization-construction,which strengthens the comprehensive competitiveness of XA metro operating company.In addition,the research of this paper provides reference values for informatization-construction of metro operators and other rail transportation industry.Due to the limitation of space,research methods and so on,there are still some deficiencies in this paper,especially for the progress of information technology and
