Research On Information Management Of Construction Enterprises

With the rapid development of information technology,information technology plays a more and more important role in the enterprise,more and more enterprises pay close attention to the development of information system.Construction enterprises are no exception,the urgent need to strengthen the construction of information systems,improve their own management level and efficiency.Construction enterprise information management related work,has become the construction enterprise development tasks and objectives.Information technology has laid a solid foundation for the construction and management of construction enterprises.However,the construction of enterprise information construction is not only the use of hardware and software facilities to change the original management model,but should fundamentally solve the problem of information system mechanisms.Finally,the new management model and management system are realized by means of information management.In this paper,through the analysis of the development process of information system of construction enterprises and the problems listed construction information management development strategy,the development of environmental problems,the problems in financial management,project management and operation management problems.This paper analyzes and demonstrates the organization structure and process structure of information management in construction enterprises.Finally,combining the theory and model of famous scholars at home and abroad,construct suitable for three structures,four levels and five stages of the development of the information management of construction enterprises and six indicators,built the model construction and evaluation of enterprise integrated information management system of the standard model.This paper through the research on the information management of construction enterprises,to provide a reference for the follow-up work,for the smooth implementation of the information management of construction enterprises,provides a better theoretical foundation guarantee.
