In the past 40 years of China’s reform and opening up,the urban landscape has undergone tremendous changes.With the progress of manufacturing industry and people’s growing material and cultural needs,real estate developers are experiencing a transformation process from rough to fine management in the complex market competition.They can control production costs and provide quality and reliable products and services in a market environment with lower profit margins.As a housing manufacturer,it is necessary to control the quality and save the cost from the supply chain management link of the development process.For HK Company,the core part of the supply chain is the management of suppliers.How to select high-quality suppliers suitable for HK Company is the primary problem that HK Company needs to solve in its current development.At present,HK company is affected by the policy and financial environment,not only to ensure the normal development and operation of the project,but also to consider the completion time,production costs and product quality.At present,the company adopts a more extensive way to select suppliers.In the process of bidding,the consideration of suppliers is more about price factors,while the consideration of production quality and management response speed factors is relatively less.In the process of performance after winning the bid,there are problems such as increasing production costs,failing to meet quality requirements and delaying construction time,which not only affect the developers to small owners.The commitment of time for building transfer and partnership also caused the company’s financial pressure.Through HK company’s strategic plan and objectives for the next five years,this paper finds out the suitable ways and means for HK company to select suppliers under supply chain management.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze the selection of suppliers according to the company’s actual situation.Firstly,the internal management of HK company is explored and questionnaires are conducted according to the criteria of relevant works and literature.After integrating professional opinions,the unnecessary factors are put forward and the supplier evaluation index system is established;secondly,according to the hierarchy.By comparing and calculating the factors of the analysis method,the weight values between the criteria and attributes are obtained.Finally,combined with the collected supplier information,the comprehensive scores of different suppliers are calculated to determine the most suitable supplier for HK company.The supplier selection model proposed in this paper is simple and easy to use.It can improve the efficiency of supplier selection,reduce the time cost of selection,and effectively control the company’s focus on various issues.
