Research On The Supervision Of The Social Insurance Fund Of Wenzhou Lucheng District

Social insurance is the basic guarantee for the broad masses of workers.It plays an indispensable role in regulating the distribution of income,maintaining social stability,and promoting the steady development of the economy.As the material basis of social insurance,social insurance funds have greatly reduced the living pressure of members of the society in terms of pension,medical care,work-related births and unemployment.It can be said that the stability of social insurance funds is a "safety valve" for long-term social stability.Therefore,it is particularly important to further strengthen the supervision of social insurance funds,establish a more comprehensive social insurance fund supervision system and system,and ensure the safety and stability of social insurance funds.Although the government has done a lot of work in the supervision of social insurance funds,it is undeniable that Wenzhou Lucheng Social Insurance Management Center still has many problems in the supervision of social insurance funds.This paper mainly conducts an empirical analysis of the status quo of the collection,expenditure and balance of social insurance funds through the literature and the related policies of the social insurance fund supervision of Lucheng District,and uses the questionnaire survey and interview investigation to the social insurance fund.The effectiveness of regulation is evaluated.In combination with the actual situation,the reasons for the lack of supervision are mainly due to the imperfect system of government supervision,the lack of awareness of supervision and the lack of supervision.For these reasons,we should learn from the advanced experience of developed regions to improve the supervision system of social insurance funds,improve the legal system and mechanism,optimize the supervision department,and raise the awareness of supervision in terms of service,safety,and participation of the whole people.The government's supervision and decision-making ability emphasizes the awareness of responsibility sharing,optimizes the evaluation system of fund supervision effectiveness,increases business training for supervisors,and improves supervision capabilities.Through the research on the social insurance fund supervision of the social insurance management center of Lucheng District,the corresponding countermeasures can be found,which can also promote the supervision of social insurance funds in China.
