With the improvement of the economic level,the rapid development of the Internet and the country's increasing attention to the tourism industry,the competition in the tourism industry is becoming fiercer,the domestic and foreign tourism market is gradually mature,and the management and competitive strategy of various tourism enterprises in China has also received more attention.In the face of fierce market competition and ever-changing market information,SDCTS tourism companies have gained both opportunities and challenges.In recent years,SDCTS tourism companies have seen their market share decrease year by year and their profit margin continuously decrease.Based on this,this paper takes SDCTS travel company as an example,through the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company,the company's strengths and weaknesses,will list all of the opportunities and threats,through the analysis of such practical problems,and provides the strategic research based on facts,and draw a competitive strategy for the company long-term development,summed up the competitive strategy theory,conducive to the development of traditional tourism company enriched under the new market competition environment of the travel company's competitive strategy theory,to provide theoretical reference for the development of other comprehensive travel company.This paper mainly adopts the literature research method,interview method and questionnaire survey method,and combines related theories and actual operating conditions of SDCTS tourism company to analyze materials,sort out data,and listen to the problems encountered by enterprise managers and their views on the problems.The management tools used in this paper mainly include:porter's five competitive forces model analysis,value chain analysis,SWOT analysis,EFE matrix and the IFE matrix of the management theory.In this paper,the competitive strategies of tourism companies in different environments are perfected.By using the knowledge of strategic management and SWOT analysis,the competitive strategies applicable to the development of tourism companies are obtained.Is different in this paper,from the aspects of products to take advantage of new media marketing brand publicity,put forward the perfect travel company competition strategy,to promote sustained development of tourism company's suggestion,the article emphasizes the travel company to establish the importance of independent new media propaganda department,further discusses the specific measures to improve the travel company competitive strategy.This paper first summarizes the theory of strategic management and competitive strategic management,reviews the theory of relevant strategic research in the tourism industry at home and abroad,and introduces the latest development of the strategy in the tourism industry competition.On SDCTS tourism company to analyze the internal and external environment,will list all the elements of affecting enterprise development,focusing use IEF matrix and EFE matrix of the tourism enterprise opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of the weighted score,and draw SDCTS travel company external threat is greater than the opportunity,the conclusion of its internal advantages than disadvantages,according to the travel company's actual operation situation of three kinds of competitive strategy makes the corresponding evaluation and build to fit the development of the company's strategic positioning and strategic objectives.In this paper,relevant knowledge and theories of strategic management are applied to the competitive strategy that SDCTS tourism companies should adopt:differentiated competitive strategy;The specific implementation measures of competitive strategy should be made from three aspects of product differentiation,service differentiation and sales differentiation to win the recognition of customers and markets.At last,this paper discusses the guarantee measures of competitive strategy from four aspects of enterprise organization,human resource,enterprise culture and financial capital.
