Forty years since the reform and opening up,our country's economic development has experienced a period of rapid growth and has entered a new normal state of economic development characterized by continuous economic restructuring and innovation-driven economy.In this era,the Chinese government has emphasized the use of innovation as a driving force for economic growth,and put forward the call for “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” and strongly encouraged innovation and entrepreneurship for all citizens.With the encouragement of policies,more and more entrepreneurs have joined the tide of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship has also become a fashion and trend.Therefore,under such a background,it is very important to study innovation and entrepreneurship.After sorting and analyzing the research literature in the fields of entrepreneurship at home and abroad,I found that entrepreneurs' prior experience,creativity,and opportunity recognition are important influencing factors for entrepreneurs' successful entrepreneurship.Therefore,this article takes the entrepreneur as the research object,trying to empirically analyze the intrinsic relationship between the entrepreneur's previous experience,creativity and the identification of the three opportunities of entrepreneurial opportunity,and puts forward “the entrepreneur's previous experience – creativity – entrepreneurship Opportunity Recognition" model and theoretical assumptions.In the research,this paper uses literature analysis and empirical research methods to study the internal relationship among the three variables.In this study,questionnaires were used to collect data.Data analysis software was used to analyze and test the theoretical models and research hypotheses proposed in this paper.The research conclusions were drawn: First,the entrepreneur's previous experience and its three dimensions are positive for the identification of opportunities.Influence effect.Secondly,it verifies that the entrepreneur's previous experience and its three dimensions have a positive influence on the entrepreneur's creativity.Entrepreneur experience,as a knowledge base for creativity,can enhance entrepreneurial creativity in specific areas.Once again,it is verified that entrepreneurial creativity has a positive impact on the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities,and the higher the creativity,the more advantageous the identification of opportunities.Finally,entrepreneurial creativity has a partial mediating role between entrepreneurs' prior experience and opportunityidentification.That is,entrepreneurs' previous experience can directly influence the identification of opportunities,and can also indirectly influence the identification of opportunities through creativity.
