A Study On The Influence Of Previous Experience And Entrepreneurial Alertness On Opportunity Recognition Ability Of Entrepreneur

With the development of economy and The integration of global economic,People pay more and more attention to the role of entrepreneurship,For social entrepreneurship can help pull the development of national economy,and solve the demand of employment.Since the middle of 20 th century,Studies of entrepreneurship is popular in foreign academia,Previous experience,entrepreneurial alertness and opportunities recognition ability about entrepreneur also gradually develop and mature.A large number of scholars still inquiry rigorously on these three relevant key factors of entrepreneurial activity.But foreign scholars tend to study on two of the relations among them,but not explore the interaction of three factors and different foreign scholars had different conclusions.The relevant domestic of previous experiences,entrepreneurial alertness and opportunity recognition ability started relatively late,So we think study on the relationship of these three facors which based on the situation of our country is very meaningful.Firstly,this article has reviewed massive literatures,on the basis of literatures,cleared about the meaning of previous experience,entrepreneurial alertness and opportunity recognition ability and then build the model of these three factors.We selected the entrepreneurial alertness as intermediary variable,and distributed the questionnaire,then determined three dimensions of previous experiences:business experience,function experience and entrepreneurship experience and two dimensions of entrepreneurial alertness : reading alertness and opening mind alertness.In this paper,we use the data from the questionnaire to acquire relative conclusions,and use SPSS16.0 to deal with the data,The results of hypothesis demonstration of this research show that three factors: previous experience,entrepreneurial alertness and opportunity recognition ability recognition influence each other,and entrepreneurial alertness play an partial role between previous experience and opportunity recognition ability,finally,this article obtain research conclusion,put forward the proposal that entrepreneurs should pay attention to accumulation of work experience,and point out the research limitations and the future development direction.
